NOTICE BEFORE TAKING ACTION AGAINST YOU


Dear Sir,

As a consumer I,  D Ramiah of Raipur (Cell: 9406378972) that states  states as follows:


1)   There is severe deficiency in your services as you have not done the post mortem of Mrs Vaishnavi [(alias) R.Chitra Iyer] who died under your care on 11-6-2014 (due to your negligence) and when post mortem is mandatory if the lady patient dies within five years of marriage.

2)       You have conducted Unfair Trade Practice under Section 2 (1) (r) of the Consumer Protection Act by not attending to the patient properly.


Under such circumstances, I  request you to compensate ME (the consumer) with Rs. 6,00,000 within 7 days after the receipt of this notice by you, for causing severe loss, humiliation, inconvenience, mental agony and harassment.

If you fail to do the needful within 7 day

s, we shall take further action against you through the law to get higher compensation of Rs. 12,00,000 against the losses, humiliation, inconvenience, mental agony and harassment caused to the consumer due to your defective service.

All action will be at your costs and risks, which please note.

BUT MY DAUGHTER DIED AFTER 02 DAYS OF MARRIAGE HELD. YES I REQUEST ALL EDUCATED LOT PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR ANY HOROSCOPE MATCHING.

MY DAUGHTER R. VAISHNAVI MARRIED ON 08-06-2014 TO SRI.S.RATHNAKUMAR WORKS WITH LT., TUTICORIN PROJECT AS ASSISTANT ENGINEER. MY DAUGHTER WAS DIAGONAISED AS JAUNDICE WITH BILLIRUBIN AS 5.2 AT ABOUT 12-00 NOON ON 11-06-2014 AND ADMITTED TO HINDU MISSION HOSPITAL HEALTH SERVICES., NANGANALLUR., CHENNAI AT ABOUT 02-30 PM AS TOLD BY MY DAUGHTERS HUSBAND SRI.RATHANAKUMAR. BUT DOCTORS HAVE NOT ATTENDED MY DAUGHTER PROPERLY AND 04-30 PM AND REPORTED TOLD AT 05-00 SHIFT TO RAMACHANDRAS HOSPITAL. BEFORE THAT MY DAUGHTERS BLOOD PRESSURE WENT LOW AND COULD NOT IMPROVE AND SHE WAS DECLARED DEAD AT ABOUT O6-50 PM AS REPORTED BY MY DAUGHTERS HUSBAND AND OTHER MY RELATIVES. THE BODY WAS HANDED OVER TO THE RELATIONS WITH OUT CONDUCTING POST MARTERM AS ANY LADY DIES WITHIN 05 YEARS OF MARRIAGE P M SHOULD BE CONDUCTED. I WAS INFORMED ON TGELEPHONE AND I REACHED CHENNAI AFTER 22 HOURS AND CREMATION WAS DONE. I REQUEST YOUR ESTEEM TO GO INTO THE MATTER AND PUNISH THE HOSPITAL AUTHORITIES FOR NOT GIVING PROPER MEDICAL AID TO MY DAUGHTER SMT. R. VAISHNAVI. IF FULL DETAIL WANTS I CAN SEND ALL THE DETAILS BY E MAIL AS WHEN REQURIED. THE MARRIAGE WAS CONDUCTGED IN SRI HARIHARAN HALL., MGR ROAD., NANGANALLUR ON 08TH NJUNE 2014. I HAVE DROPPED MY DAUGHTER TO HER INCLAWS ON HOUSE ON 09TH JUNE 20114. I AGAINST VISITED HER ON 10TH JUNE AT ABOUT 0130 PM AND WE WERE WITH MY DAUGHTER UNTIL 04-30 PM AND LEFT FOR RAIPUR BY GT EXPRESS ON 10TH JUNE. WE GOT THE BAD NEWS BY MOBILE WHEN REACHED MY HOUSE AT 06-55 PM ON 11TH JUNE AND WE RUSHED BACK BY AIR ON 12TH JUNE TO CHENNAI TO ATTEND THE CREMATION OF MY DAUGHTER.tHE HOSPITAL AUTHORITIES HAS NOT TAKEN FPROPER CARE IN MY DAUGHTERS TREATMENT AND NOT INFOMED TO THE POLICE ALSO.. D.RAMIAH A.PARENT WHO IS VERY SAD. DATED 08TH SEP 2014.

The Private Clinical Establishment Private Act(Registration and Regulation) 2010enactedby Union Government of India is not yet implemented in the State. Further this Directorate is not vested with any statutory powers to interfere in the day to day affairs of private medical institutions. Vide DM&RHS Ref.No:43588/E7/3/2014 dated 15/9/2014
