NOTICE BEFORE TAKING ACTION AGAINST YOU


Dear Sir,

We have received a complaint against you form your consumer Mr D Ramiah of Raipur (Cell: 9406378972) that states that states as follows:


1)   There is severe deficiency in your services as you have not done the post mortem of Mrs Chitra who died under your care on 11-6-2014 (due to your negligence) and when post mortem is mandatory if the lady patient dies within five years of marriage.

2)       You have conducted Unfair Trade Practice under Section 2 (1) (r) of the Consumer Protection Act by not attending to the patient properly.


Under such circumstances, we request you to compensate the consumer with Rs. 6,00,000 within 7 days after the receipt of this notice by you, for causing severe loss, humiliation, inconvenience, mental agony and harassment.

If you fail to do the needful within 7 days, we shall take further action against you through the law to get higher compensation of Rs. 12,00,000 against the losses, humiliation, inconvenience, mental agony and harassment caused to the consumer due to your defective service.

All action will be at your costs and risks, which please note.
